Built Up Roofing

Built-Up Roofing (BUR) is one of the oldest and most reliable commercial roofing services & systems for buildings with low-slope or “flat” roof structures. Starting in the 1840s, these roof systems are often referred to as “tar and gravel” roofs. BUR consists of multiple plies of roof felts laminated together with bitumen. BUR consists of bitumen-saturated organic fiber, fiberglass, or polyester felt. A top-surfacing or a glaze coat of asphalt, aggregate (gravel or slag), fibered, or non-fibered coatings engineered for roof coating, or a granule-surfaced cap sheet.

Single Ply Roofing

Single-ply roofing systems (SPS) have grown in popularity over the past 30 years as a preferred commercial roofing system, due to their ability to provide strength, flexibility, and long-lasting durability, it’s no wonder that architects, roofing contractors, and building owners love this product. READ MORE
